As an integral part of the Operations team, you will lead and coordinate Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations and related multi-measure projects. You’ll be the central point of contact for our ASHP division, managing key contracts, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality customer outcomes. This is an office-based role, focused on ensuring national project delivery meets business standards across performance, cost, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end stages of ASHP and multi-measure installations.
- Coordinate activities with installers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Oversee project scheduling, material delivery, and workforce alignment.
- Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies across projects.
- Support recruitment and development of a skilled and professional install team.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Act as primary contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Reduce and manage customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Educate customers on ASHP systems and available solutions.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Produce regular project reports and KPI dashboards for senior management.
- Monitor and report on ECO4 programme performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and training standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety within all operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within energy, construction, or renewable sectors.
- Knowledge of ASHP systems or wider retrofit energy efficiency measures.
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects nationally, with an eye for detail and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across purchasing, customer service, and senior management.
Desirable:
- Understanding of ECO4 funding schemes or similar.
- HSE qualification or safety management experience.
- Familiarity with CRM/project management software tools.
