SERT is expanding its Portsmouth team and seeks a Delivery Consultant (180) to own the recruitment process from brief through to placement. In a fast-moving contract role you’ll build strategy, source candidates, run interviews and manage offers, with handover to care teams after placement.
You’ll work closely with the Business Developer and maintain strong client and candidate relationships to deliver high-quality placements in technical and green energy markets.
