We are a leading Retrofit Contractor providing a one-stop solution for social and private landlords, delivering high-quality retrofit projects. We prioritise teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional service, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Retrofit Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our retrofit project delivery.
Salary & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage retrofit projects within our ECO framework.
- Support homeowners and landlords throughout the delivery process.
- Maintain and enhance client, contractor, and partner relationships.
- Ensure compliance checks and quality assurance of project documentation across multiple PAS 2035 projects.
- Efficiently manage communication with customers to build loyalty and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Review product specifications and construction details for project execution.
- Ensure materials, labour, and operational requirements are submitted in a timely manner to relevant teams.
