About the Role Working within a collaborative technical team, you'll support the delivery of PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects from assessment through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and excellent customer outcomes. Key responsibilities may include: Delivering and supporting Retrofit Coordination activities in line with PAS 2035 requirements. Reviewing and quality assuring retrofit assessments, designs, and technical documentation. Supporting project compliance, audits, funding requirements, and reporting. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery. Identifying technical issues and providing practical, compliant solutions. Conducting property assessments and recommending suitable energy efficiency improvements. Staying current with industry regulations, funding schemes, and emerging retrofit technologies. Who We're Looking For Experienced Advisor Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification. Experience delivering PAS 2035 retrofit projects. Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, PAS 2030, MCS compliance, and building regulations. Experience carrying out technical reviews and quality assurance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK driving licence. Junior Advisor A genuine interest in sustainability, housing, construction, or energy efficiency. Strong organisational and communication skills. Desire to build a career within retrofit and decarbonisation. Experience within construction, housing, surveying, or energy sectors would be advantageous. Full training, mentoring, and career development provided.
