We’re looking for a proactive and reliable professional to join our dynamic facilities management team, delivering high-quality service across a portfolio of commercial and retail sites. What You’ll Be Doing As an M&E Engineer, you’ll be responsible for: * Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems * Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults quickly and efficiently * Providing expert advice and first-line emergency response support * Maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery What We\’re Looking for: * A recognised apprenticeship or formal qualification in M&E services or maintenance * 18th Edition, F-Gas, and Test & Inspection qualifications * Hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or commercial sector * A valid UK driving licence (essential) * Comfortable using digital tools to manage workload What’s in It for You? * Salary: £35,834 or £41,210 (depending on experience) + OTE * Door-to-door pay – you\’re paid from the moment you leave home * Up to 4% annual bonus * Company van (with personal use option) * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Generous pension scheme – up to 6% matched contributions * Ongoing training and professional development * Life assurance, store vouchers, gym discounts, and more!
