Lead ASHP Engineer in London

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of our new air source heat pump installation division.

Oversee all technical elements of ASHP installation, commissioning, fault‐finding and maintenance.

Act as the senior technical authority on‐site and provide guidance to engineers and apprentices.

Carry out surveys, specification checks and ensure every install meets industry standards.

Support operational planning, job scheduling and quality assurance across all projects.

Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.

Work with senior management to help grow the division and ensure safe, compliant delivery.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Strong hands‐on installation experience with air source heat pumps.

Solid understanding of commissioning, diagnostics, and system performance optimisation.

Experience guiding or mentoring other engineers, or interest in moving into leadership.

Good knowledge of MCS standards and current heat pump regulations.

A practical, solution‐focused approach and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

A desire to progress into a management‐level role within the renewables sector.
