We are looking for an experienced Solar Roofer to join our growing team, working across new build residential sites. This role is ideal for someone confident operating within structured site environments, where scaffold, materials, and labour plans are pre-organised and running efficiently.
You will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems on new build properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Installation of solar PV systems on new build rooftops
- Working efficiently within pre-planned site setups (scaffolding, materials, labour allocation)
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry and company standards
- Liaising with site managers and other trades to maintain smooth workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Adhering strictly to health & safety regulations
- Proven experience in solar PV installation on rooftops
- Experience working on new build housing sites
- GSE (Ground Mount / Solar experience or equivalent certification required)
- Strong understanding of roofing practices and safe working at height
- Ability to work as part of a team within structured site environments
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Relevant roofing qualifications
- CSCS card
- Experience working with major housebuilders
