Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our new air source heat pump installation division.
  • Oversee all technical elements of ASHP installation, commissioning, fault‑finding and maintenance.
  • Act as the senior technical authority on‑site and provide guidance to engineers and apprentices.
  • Carry out surveys, specification checks and ensure every install meets industry standards.
  • Support operational planning, job scheduling and quality assurance across all projects.
