Salary & Benefits
- Dual Fuel: £39,033 per annum
- Dual Fuel (3 Phase / CT): £40,117 per annum
- Dual Fuel (inside M25*): £42,285 per annum

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to carry out the installation, exchange, maintenance, and removal of gas and electricity smart meters in domestic properties. This role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and excellent customer service. Engineers with 3 Phase and CT metering experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, exchange, and remove gas and electricity smart meters in line with industry regulations
- Carry out 3 Phase and CT meter installations where qualified
- Complete all work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Conduct risk assessments and adhere strictly to health & safety procedures
- Accurately complete job documentation using handheld devices
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers
- Diagnose and resolve metering faults where applicable
- Ensure compliance with MOP, DCOP, GSOP, and company policies
Essential Requirements
- Valid Dual Fuel qualifications
- MOCOPA certification
- Gas Safe registration
- MET1 and MET2 EUSR registration
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Desirable Skills & Experience
- 3 Phase and CT metering qualifications
- Previous smart metering experience in domestic properties
- Strong customer service background
- Confident using handheld IT systems
Working Hours
Full-time position Monday to Friday (with some flexibility depending on business needs)
