Design Manager ASHP

Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise a team of ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) surveyors and installers. * Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. * Act as the key liaison between the office and field teams. * Assist with the design process and be the technical expert * Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance. * Provide leadership, training, and support to your team, ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: * Heat Pump Qualification * Experience in heat pump installations. * Management experience. * Strong organisational and leadership abilities. * Excellent communication skills, both in the office and with site teams. * A forward-thinking, proactive attitude, with a passion for renewable energy.
