THE OPPORTUNITY You will take responsibility for: * Leading, developing and motivating roofing teams. * Planning labour, resources and logistics across multiple projects. * Driving exceptional standards of quality, safety and compliance. * Overseeing scaffolding operations, suppliers and subcontractors. * Providing technical leadership and hands-on support where required. * Managing team performance, recruitment and development. * Improving productivity, efficiency and operational processes. * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally and to the highest standards. * Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Commercial roofing, Solar PV, SMSTS/SSSTS and scaffolding experience would be highly advantageous.
