We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to work for one largest installer of green measures across the UK. The basic salary for this role will be £50,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of c£100,000.
Working for one of the most recognisable brands within our sector, who are well positioned within the market and inundated with inbound leads and queries. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a forward-thinking business and further your sales career.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- To identify, recruit and implement industry best sales candidates.
- To train, coach and mentor existing team and all new starts.
- To offer process improvement recommendations.
- To understand the metrics behind the teams’ performance and to drive productivity.
- To ensure all staff are performance managed against company KPI’s.
- To protect the corporate brand and ensure high levels of professionalism throughout.
In order to be successful in your application, you will have/be:
- Demonstrable and proven track record of success within a tele sales leadership role.
- Demonstrable ability to drive performance.
- Demonstrable ability to train and coach sales people.
- Demonstrable record of increasing sales performance with both individuals and teams.
- A strong track record of personal sales performance and previous sales training.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
