We are seeking a qualified Retrofit Assessor to support our Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects. The role involves assessing existing housing stock, producing high‑quality retrofit assessment reports, and contributing to energy‑efficiency upgrades across our social housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
- Collect property data, undertake occupancy assessments, and produce accurate RdSAP/RIS reports.
- Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers to support whole‑house retrofit strategies.
- Ensure all assessments meet SHDF and PAS 2035 compliance standards.
- Upload assessments and maintain accurate records through Elmhurst Energy systems.
- Liaise with residents and site teams professionally and respectfully.
Requirements
- Registered Retrofit Assessor with Elmhurst Energy.
- Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and domestic retrofit standards.
- Experience working on public sector or social housing projects (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
