This is a maintenance‑focused role: fixing comms issues, restoring data flow and replacing key components such as SIMs, aerials and comms hubs. No installation work. Full training provided.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and fix smart‑meter faults
- Swap SIMs, change aerials, reset comms hubs
- Restore no‑read/no‑data meters
- Replace IHDs, backup cells and comms modules
- Run HAN/WAN tests and improve signal performance
- Complete job updates on a handheld device
- Deliver excellent customer service in the field
