Join our field team supporting smart‑meter performance across London and East Anglia. This maintenance‑focused role involves fixing communications issues, restoring data flow, and replacing key components such as SIMs, aerials, and communications hubs. No installation work. Full training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and fix smart‑meter faults.
• Swap SIMs, change aerials, reset communication hubs.
• Restore no‑read / no‑data meters.
• Replace IHDs, backup cells and communication modules.
• Run HAN/WAN tests and improve signal performance.
• Complete job updates on a handheld device.
• Deliver excellent customer service in the field.

What You Need

• Field or customer‑facing experience.
• Confident using mobile technology.
• Able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
