Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer ready to take on exciting commercial and industrial projects across the UK and beyond? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team, delivering high-quality HVAC solutions with the opportunity to grow and earn a competitive package.
Your Role Will Include
- Commissioning, servicing, installing, repairing, and maintaining AC systems
 - Reviewing building plans and specifications to determine HVAC requirements
 - Installing HVAC control panels, leak detection systems, and pipework containment
 - Testing systems for leaks and ensuring compliance with building codes and legislation
 - Supporting junior staff and trainees with guidance and safety oversight
 - Preparing materials lists and supply orders
 - Assisting with technical support and manufacturer servicing
 - Maintaining F‑Gas records and supporting Refcom Elite Membership progression
 - Attending manufacturer training (Samsung, Mitsubishi, Daikin, etc.)
 
What We’re Looking For
- F‑Gas certification and relevant HVAC qualifications
 - Proven experience in commercial and industrial installations
 - Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally when required
 - Ideally based near Southampton / Portsmouth for travel efficiency
 - Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude
