Your Role

  • Lead the installation, servicing, and maintenance of hot water cylinders, thermal storage systems, and air source heat pumps
  • Carry out central heating installations and repairs across domestic and commercial properties
  • Provide technical and practical on-site support to colleagues
  • Undertake fault diagnosis, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with PAS 2030, MCS, and Gas Safe standards
  • Participate in overtime and call-out duties when required
  • Accurately document all work and maintain health and safety best practice

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in local authority or social housing sectors
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of domestic and commercial heating systems
  • Experience working to PAS 2030 standards
  • Competence in commercial fault finding and rectification, BMS controls, and unvented hot water systems
  • Proficiency with various pipework installation methods
  • Excellent knowledge of current legislation and health & safety requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Domestic Plumbing or City & Guilds equivalent
  • Level 3 Award in Installation & Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC, or LCL Awards)
  • G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification
  • Water Regulations Certificate

Additional Qualifications And HVAC/BMS Expertise Are Desirable.
