The Role

As a Solar Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of domestic Solar PV systems as part of funded retrofit programmes. Working as part of a dedicated in‑house delivery team, you will ensure every installation meets MCS standards, wiring regulations, and health & safety requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, surveyors, and compliance teams, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality installations with the right technical support in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission domestic Solar PV systems
- Deliver installations within ECO and other funded retrofit programmes
- Ensure all works comply with MCS, wiring regulations, and H&S standards
- Complete testing, certification, and installation documentation accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of an in‑house delivery team

Requirements
