The Role

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of PAS 2035-compliant projects across domestic properties. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed retrofit assessments and producing high-quality documentation that feeds directly into design, coordination, and installation. You'll work closely with Retrofit Designers, Coordinators, and Installation Teams to ensure projects are compliant, efficient, and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035
  • Produce accurate, compliant reports to support retrofit design and delivery
  • Gather and document property data, risks, and improvement measures
  • Collaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain strong quality and compliance standards across all assessments
  • Support ECO and funded retrofit projects where required

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Retrofit Assessor
  • Proven experience working to PAS 2035 standards
  • Experience within ECO and/or funded retrofit schemes
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage site visits and reporting efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
