If you’re an experienced Domestic Energy Assessor or Retrofit Assessor looking for a better work-life balance, this could be the ideal opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
- Review data from EPCs, RdSAP surveys, architectural plans and property documentation to assess suitability for energy efficiency upgrades
- Ensure property survey data is accurate and complete before progressing to Retrofit Co-ordination
- Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Co-ordinators and Installers to ensure proposals meet PAS 2035 and PAS 2030:2019 standards
- Prepare detailed, compliant Retrofit Assessment reports, ensuring each recommendation is fully evidenced
What We’re Looking For:
- In-depth knowledge of RdSAP and domestic energy assessments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accreditation with Elmhurst and/or ECMK (desirable)
- Previous experience in Retrofit Assessments or EPC assessor roles
