Key Responsibilities: Review data from EPCs, RdSAP surveys, architectural plans and property documentation to assess suitability for energy efficiency upgrades Ensure property survey data is accurate and complete before progressing to Retrofit Co-ordination Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Co-ordinators and Installers to ensure proposals meet PAS 2035 and PAS 2030:2019 standards Prepare detailed, compliant Retrofit Assessment reports, ensuring each recommendation is fully evidenced What We\’re Looking For: In-depth knowledge of RdSAP and domestic energy assessments Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accreditation with Elmhurst and/or ECMK (desirable) Previous experience in Retrofit Assessments or EPC assessor roles Why Apply?
