Are you a qualified Refrigeration Engineer looking for a high-paying job with regular overtime, door-to-door pay, and local travel only?
A leading facilities management provider is hiring experienced Mobile Refrigeration Engineers to service supermarket refrigeration systems across Surrey, Portsmouth, Essex, Basingstoke, and Harrow. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent benefits, training, and career progression.
What’s on Offer
- Up to ÂŁ49,436 base salary (depending on experience)
- Time-and-a-half overtime – earn up to £12,000 extra per year
- 4% annual performance bonus (regularly paid)

Required Skills & Experience
- F-Gas certified (C&G 2079) or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communicator with good health & safety awareness

- Experience working with COâ‚‚ refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with supermarket refrigeration equipment (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Aldi)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- As a Field-Based Refrigeration Engineer, you’ll carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and servicing of refrigeration systems in supermarkets across your local area.
- Diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently
- Work independently with support from a regional engineering team
