We are recruiting M&E Engineers across England and Scotland to support rapid expansion of our facilities management services, including a significant new client due to mobilise in 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Travelling to sites to deliver planned maintenance (PPM), including water hygiene checks and emergency lighting monthly flash testing
- Carrying out reactive M&E work, from general plumbing and basic electrical tasks to fault-finding on BMS and HVAC systems
- Working autonomously to deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work
- Carrying out a range of mechanical tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- C&G 2382 / BS 7671: 18th Edition
- NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade
- Full valid UK driver’s licence
- FM or maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Awareness and knowledge of health and safety
- Confident using phone and tablet in daily tasks
- Working knowledge of HVAC
- CSCS / ECS site safety card
- IOSH Working Safely qualification or equivalent
- Heating systems knowledge and experience
- C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and testing
- PLC and controls knowledge
- HWSS / Unvented hot water systems
- Emergency lighting knowledge and experience (BS 5266)
- Water regulation training
- Access equipment training (IPAF, ladders, PASMA)
- Basic generator knowledge
- Basic drainage experience
Additional Information:
The role involves working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-call rota: 1 in 4 weeks.
