We are recruiting M&E Engineers across England and Scotland to support rapid expansion of our facilities management services, including a significant new client due to mobilise in 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Travelling to sites to deliver planned maintenance (PPM), including water hygiene checks and emergency lighting monthly flash testing
  • Carrying out reactive M&E work, from general plumbing and basic electrical tasks to fault-finding on BMS and HVAC systems
  • Working autonomously to deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work
  • Carrying out a range of mechanical tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • C&G 2382 / BS 7671: 18th Edition
  • NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade
  • Full valid UK driver’s licence
  • FM or maintenance experience
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety
  • Confident using phone and tablet in daily tasks
  • Working knowledge of HVAC
  • CSCS / ECS site safety card
  • IOSH Working Safely qualification or equivalent
  • Heating systems knowledge and experience
  • C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and testing
  • PLC and controls knowledge
  • HWSS / Unvented hot water systems
  • Emergency lighting knowledge and experience (BS 5266)
  • Water regulation training
  • Access equipment training (IPAF, ladders, PASMA)
  • Basic generator knowledge
  • Basic drainage experience

Additional Information:

The role involves working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-call rota: 1 in 4 weeks.
