Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background, looking for your next career move in Norfolk?
SERT is working with a leading UK Facilities Management (FM) company to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple commercial and industrial sites in the East Anglia / CB postcode area.
The Role – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Carry out PPM schedules and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems within commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Perform fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on electrical installations, plant equipment, and building services systems.
Support mechanical maintenance tasks, basic plumbing, and general building fabric repairs when required.
Ensure all works are completed to the highest health & safety, compliance, and quality standards.
About You
Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2365, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
Proven background as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or Building Services Engineer within the FM sector.
Strong electrical expertise, with additional mechanical engineering and general maintenance skills.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
