Are you a multi-skilled M&E Engineer ready to hit the road and take ownership of your own retail sites? If you\’ve got solid HVAC and electrical experience, a valid UK drivers license, and a strong work ethic we want to hear from you!

?? What youll do:
Travel between dedicated retail sites carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and building services tasks including:

• Fire alarm testing, lamp changes, basic plumbing & fabric work
• Emergency lighting inspections
• A wide mix of M&E responsibilities every day is different!

? What youll need:

• 18th Edition
• HVAC experience
• \”On-the-job\” experience in an M&E role
• Full UK driving license
• A strong focus on safety and customer service

Bonus skills (not essential):

• F-Gas certification
• IOSH Working Safely
• Plumbing & fabric maintenance
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
