- Mentor and coach other trainers or junior staff to raise the standard of training delivery
- Stay current with industry legislation, health and safety regulations, and sector standards
- Liaise proactively with clients, subcontractors and the operational workforce to ensure training meets business needs
- Travel regularly to sites across the UK, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential
What We Are Looking For:

- Relevant accreditation (e.g. CAVA Level 3, IQA Level 4, or equivalent)
- Ability to design, adapt and deliver effective learning content for both theory and practical sessions
- Excellent presentation skills — confident training small and large groups
- Strong organisational skills, with meticulous record‐keeping for training and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- Self‐motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable: experience in health and safety standards, compliance and regulated environments (especially in rail or aviation)
Why Join Us
