We are hiring dependable labourers in Dorset to support ongoing solar energy projects, scaffold builds, and maintenance tasks. This is a varied and active role ideal for anyone with basic site experience who wants to contribute to clean energy installations across the South West.

As a site labourer, you will assist in supporting multiple trades across renewable energy sites. Key duties include:

  • Lifting and carrying panels, tools and materials
  • Prepping solar equipment for install teams
  • Clearing sites and setting up for new projects
  • Performing material runs and basic ground labour
  • Assisting scaffolders and electricians as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a construction or site labourer (preferred)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Willing to work across various tasks and weather conditions
  • Punctual, safety-conscious and a good team player
  • CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
  • Own transport and PPE
  • CIS registration & public liability insurance (for subcontractors)
