The Role
We are looking for an experienced 2-person ASHP Heating Engineer team to deliver domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations as part of funded retrofit programmes. Working as a dedicated crew, you will install systems at volume while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, compliance, and customer service. You’ll be supported by in-house design, coordination, and compliance teams, allowing you to focus on high-quality installation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Air Source Heat Pump systems in domestic properties
- Deliver funded retrofit installations efficiently and at volume
- Work as a cohesive 2-person team to meet programme targets
- Ensure all installations meet technical, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on every project
- Complete installation documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pump systems
- Relevant heating qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, equivalent)
- Strong understanding of domestic heating systems
- Team-based delivery mindset with a focus on quality
- Ability to work to programme schedules and targets
- Full UK driving licence preferred
