We are looking for a skilled M&E Senior Engineer to join our mobile engineering team, delivering first-class maintenance and technical support across a diverse commercial portfolio. With a £47,000 basic salary and £65k OTE through door-to-door travel, this role offers exceptional earning potential and long-term career development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across multiple sites
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective first-fix solutions
- Acting as first responder to engineering emergencies
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Supervising third-party contractors when required
- Completing real-time work orders and achieving SLA targets
- Providing technical support and deputising for the Managing Engineer
What You’ll Bring
- Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong experience within the supermarket or multi-site environment
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident with IT systems and smart devices
- Desirable: BS 7671:18th Edition, Gas Safe, C&G 2391 Test & Inspection, C&G 2079 F-Gas CAT 1
