We’re growing quickly and need experienced electricians to deliver face-to-face electrical training in Hampshire. You’ll be teaching apprentices, bootcamp learners, and qualified electricians looking to upskill into EV charging, solar PV, and battery storage (EESS), all from our modern training centres in Whiteley and Nursling.

This is a great opportunity to step into a training and assessment role that values your hands-on experience and trade expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running practical training sessions for qualifications such as Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, and 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • Delivering short electrical courses covering EV Charging, Solar PV Installation, and Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS)
  • Supporting learners from all backgrounds, including new starters, career changers, and time-served electricians
  • Working alongside a team of trainers who know the trade inside out

New to Teaching? Don’t Worry – We’ll Train You

You don’t need to be a qualified teacher. If you’ve got the skills, we’ll show you how to share them.

We’ll fully support and fund your:

  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET)
  • Assessor Qualification (TAQA)
  • Ongoing CPD, including courses on Solar PV or EV charging

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition and ideally 2391 (or working towards it)
  • A patient, approachable attitude with a genuine interest in helping others learn
  • Teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential
