- Relevant accreditation (e.g. CAVA Level 3, IQA Level 4, or equivalent)
- Ability to design, adapt and deliver effective learning content for both theory and practical sessions
- Excellent presentation skills — confident training small and large groups
- Strong organisational skills, with meticulous record‑keeping for training and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable: experience in health and safety standards, compliance and regulated environments (especially in rail or aviation)
Life assurance
Performance bonus scheme
Professional development and training opportunities (career progression into senior trainer, IQA or curriculum‑design roles)
Employee assistance programme
