Join the Smart Energy Movement. We are growing our Metering Team and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to help deliver smarter, greener energy solutions across the UK. No technical experience? No problem, full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing support to customers before and after smart meter installations
- Clearly explaining how their meters work
- Reconnecting meters and replacing SIMs, modems, batteries and aerials
- Encouraging energy-saving behaviours
- Carrying out site surveys and updating records using a tablet
What You’ll Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable using tools and working at height
- Full UK driving licence
- Good local area knowledge
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in smart metering or meter reading
- Basic electrical knowledge
