What Youll Be Doing

As a Telesales Executive, youll drive B2B energy sales by:

  • Making high-volume outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.

  • Identifying client energy needs and offering cost-saving, sustainable solutions.

  • Managing cold and warm leads via our CRM and building a strong pipeline.

  • Overcoming objections with confidence and converting leads into energy contracts.

  • Hitting daily activity and revenue targets with uncapped commission rewarding every win.

This is a high-performance sales environment where energy, resilience, and drive are key.

What Were Looking For

Whether youre experienced in B2B telesales, energy sales, outbound call centres, or simply have a natural sales flair this is your opportunity to thrive.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

  • Skilled at objection handling and closing deals over the phone.

  • Organised and comfortable managing a high call volume daily.

  • Based in or near Leicester and available for full-time, office-based work.
