Air Conditioning Surveyor – Join a Respected Team in a Stable, Growing Industry
We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Surveyor to join an established and well-regarded HVAC business based near Dartford. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional, either a former air conditioning engineer or someone from a technical sales background, who’s confident in both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the role.
If you’re looking to take on a varied position where your knowledge and initiative are valued, this role offers a good balance of on-site visits, office-based work, and client interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Conducting site surveys for residential and commercial air conditioning projects
Preparing clear, accurate quotations and proposals based on client needs
Communicating with customers by phone and email, following up on quotes to win work
Supporting the office team with technical advice and insight
Quoting from engineer reports and managing small follow-up works
Ordering air conditioning systems and necessary parts to keep projects on track
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry
A full UK driving licence
To live within 15 miles of Dartford (DA2)
A strong understanding of AC systems, ideally from an engineering or sales background
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A confident, personable, and professional manner

Working Pattern & Location
