About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company that has been delivering trusted HVAC solutions since 1988. Working across a range of commercial, residential, and light industrial settings, the successful candidate will be F-Gas qualified and confident in both independent and team-based work throughout Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently and effectively.
- Complete all necessary job documentation and reporting accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
- Valid F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
- Experience working with ventilation or refrigeration systems.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (advantageous but not essential).
