About the role: We are building a Project Management & Delivery Excellence Group to define global project standards and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across all Consulting projects, including Alevate implementations. As Director Project Management & Delivery Excellence, you will shape and lead this global capability, combining people leadership, delivery oversight, and governance. Your mission: ensure customer projects are delivered consistently, reliably, and with a strong focus on agreed outcomes.
Your Day to Day:
- Build and lead a global Project Management & Delivery Excellence function.
- Define and roll out global project management standards, methods, and governance.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across regions and consulting practices.
- Oversee complex customer projects and support critical deliveries when needed.
- Lead and develop a global team of Project Managers and PMO resources (15-20 people).
- Strengthen delivery governance, risk management, and portfolio transparency.
- Partner closely with Consulting leadership, Sales, and senior stakeholders.
