LEAD INFORMATION Job Title FLT Counterbalance Operative Location of work Mold Responsible to Warehouse Manager Purpose of the role Assisting site with the busy Stores Department, ensuring deliveries and outgoing products are loaded, stored and processed in a safe and timely manner KEY INFORMATION Reason for vacancy Continued growth Contract Temp to Perm Basic pay Days – £11.91ph basic rate, Nights – £14.41ph Overtime 1.33x basic rate Monday to Friday 1.5x basic rate Saturdays 2.0x basic rate Sundays Shifts 8 week rota (weeks 1-6) 7am-7pm, Monday to Thursday, (weeks 7-8) 7pm-7am Holidays Accrual whilst agency and 28 days inc Bank Holidays when permanent Facilities Staff parking, canteen, very clean and professional environment Additional Benefits when perm Overtime rates Monday to Friday inclusive 1.33%, Saturday 1.5% & Sunday 2.00% Enrolment onto the Companys Pension Scheme (after an initial 12 weeks). 28 days holiday per annum (pro-rata) including Bank Holidays. RESPONSIBILITIES The role RESPONSIBILITIES The role -Our client is looking for Counterbalance Operators to join their existing Production Stores Department at Flagship Manufacturing site based in Mold. This position is temporary to permanent, full time. The department assist site in the processing of all incoming and outgoing products and materials site control including ensuring deliveries and outgoing products are loaded, stored and processed in a safe and timely manner with use of Counterbalance Trucks. The responsibilities of this position are varied but not limited to Unloading and loading of HGVs with use of Counterbalance Trucks Storing goods into locations with use of Counterbalance Trucks within the stores also using SAP systems Order picking parts for production Using the SAP system to locate and issue parts to production Adhering to company health and safety requirements at all times Key Skills Required In date Counterbalance license is essential Experience working in a busy production or warehousing environment is highly sort after Must be able to work efficiently in a very busy environment JBRP1_UKTJ
