Responsible to: Senior Building Surveyor / Director
Purpose of the role: To support the delivery of professional building surveying, project management, and contract administration services across a varied property portfolio, ensuring successful project outcomes and strong client relationships.
Client brief: Our client is a well-established and growing property consultancy with a strong regional presence, delivering professional surveying and project services across multiple sectors. They offer excellent career progression, hands-on project exposure, and a supportive consultancy environment.
Reason for vacancy: Business growth and team expansion
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Shifts: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional building surveying services across a varied portfolio
- Support contract administration and project delivery functions
- Assist with project management responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Undertake site visits, inspections, and reporting
- Work across multiple property sectors on both professional and project-led instructions
- Contribute to successful project execution from inception through to completion
Key Skills Required:
- 23+ years experience post relevant degree
- Consultancy background (essential)
- Exposure to contract administration and/or project management
- Ideally APC qualified, recently chartered, or actively working towards RICS chartership
- Strong communication and client-facing capability
- Good organisational and technical surveying skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
