Responsible to: Senior Building Surveyor / Director

Purpose of the role: To support the delivery of professional building surveying, project management, and contract administration services across a varied property portfolio, ensuring successful project outcomes and strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver professional building surveying services across a varied portfolio
  • Support contract administration and project delivery functions
  • Assist with project management responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Undertake site visits, inspections, and reporting
  • Work across multiple property sectors on both professional and project-led instructions
  • Contribute to successful project execution from inception through to completion

Key Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years experience post relevant degree
  • Consultancy background (essential)
  • Exposure to contract administration and/or project management
  • Ideally APC qualified, recently chartered, or actively working towards RICS chartership
  • Strong communication and client-facing capability
  • Good organisational and technical surveying skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
