Purpose of the Role: To provide a professional and customer-focused service by managing customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring excellent communication throughout the customer journey.
Client Brief: Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Role:
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Record customer interactions accurately using the CRM system.
- Keep customers informed of order progress and any service issues.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure deliveries and service levels are achieved.
