Responsible to – Branch Manager
Purpose of the role – As a sales negotiator you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, property knowledge, negotiating skills and teamwork to assist in the continued growth of the company. You will be provided with on-the-job training and offered courses to gain qualifications in the sector for any interested candidate. Benefiting from working with experienced sales professionals, you will be carrying out daily requirements such as booking viewings, progressing sales and business generation.
Client brief – Our client is a long-standing estate agency in the Bebbington area with a fantastic reputation for providing outstanding customer service, industry knowledge and efficient sales in the local area. Our client is looking to add to the existing team full of experienced negotiators to keep increasing their presence in the sales market and to continue to grow.
KEY INFORMATION
- Reason for vacancy – Continued Growth
- Contract – Permanent
- Salary – Up to £22,000 salary with OTE of £24,000 + with uncapped commission structure
- Shifts – 8.50am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and finish at 5 on Friday! – Alternative Saturdays which is 8.50am – 4pm
- Holidays - 20 days holiday + bank holidays – also this company does a rota over Christmas so work handful of days over the Christmas period
- Facilities – Free parking on site and car park to the rear of the branch, Kitchen, microwave, kettle and coffee machine for staff usage
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is not limited to but includes the following duties:
- Arranging appointments and diary management for valuations and viewings
- Accompanying viewing appointments
- Dealing with telephone and email leads
- Keeping in regular contact with our database to generate new business
- Negotiating Offers
- Advising customers with general enquiries and providing a high level of customer service
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- A confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Committed to delivering the best customer service
- Experienced in the industry preferably in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn and thrive in a busy environment
- Must have use of own vehicle
