Serova seeks a healthcare regulatory lawyer to manage the legal aspects of expanded access and our direct-to-consumer model in the US and UK. You will own the regulatory framework for expanded access and advise on telehealth, licensing, and patient communications.
You will ensure compliance on charging, cost recovery, fraud and abuse, and manage patient consent, terms, and privacy across jurisdictions. Contracts with partner sites, physicians, manufacturers and labs will be part of the role.
