Senior Paid Social Executive

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Paid Social Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements

• <3 years of experience in a direct campaign management role.
• Experience in Meta Ad platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn etc is desirable but not required.
• Proven ability to drive successful campaigns, demonstrating impact on key KPIs.
• Solid understanding of campaign management and strategic planning across multiple social media channels.
• Experience in providing detailed and accurate reports on a number of accounts.
• Can conduct in-depth audits of paid social accounts.
• Has proven ability to develop data-driven forecasts and budget projections.
• Experience creating and implementing strategic paid social plans.
• Strong analytical skills, with good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Exposure to broader digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills within the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Development and execution of paid social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Management of end-to-end campaign executions
• Continuously optimising campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance analysis
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance
• Proving accurate and detailed reports on clients in a timely manner
• Managing the allocation of media budgets effectively
• Collaborating with other media team members to enhance campaign performance
• Reporting to the Head of Paid Social on campaign progress
• Strategy development for new and existing clients
• Auditing client accounts
• Forecasting potential results and outcomes
• Working cross-channel between various social media platforms
• Supporting the Head of Paid Social and Manager with client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations/optimisations
