Paid Social Executive / Senior Executive

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Paid Social Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be someone who’s ready to make an immediate contribution, while also eager to learn from others and share your own insights. Solid understanding of campaign management and strategic planning across multiple social media channels. Experience in providing detailed and accurate reports on a number of accounts. Can conduct in-depth audits of paid social accounts. Has proven ability to develop data-driven forecasts and budget projections. Strong analytical skills, with good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel. Exposure to broader digital marketing strategies. Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills. Continuously optimising campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance analysis Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance Collaborating with other media team members to enhance campaign performance Auditing client accounts Supporting the Head of Paid Social and Manager with client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations/optimisations 28 days holiday per annum (not including Bank Holidays) ~ Flexible start/ finish times to suit your lifestyle ~ Health insurance, including mental health and counselling support ~ Free daily breakfast provided in the office ~ At least 6 yearly social events as part of the Serotonin social calendar, including yoga, Peak District hikes, and comedy nights ~ Pet-friendly office ~ Access to reduced optician and dental fees (via Health Shield) First-round interviews will take place at our Manchester office between 30th June – 5th July 2025 There will be a maximum of three interviews, the second and third may be online
