We’re looking for a Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer & Creative to join our growing design team—perfect for someone ready for their second professional role and looking to grow creatively in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment. You’ll work across brand and campaign projects, bringing strong design thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. From social content to brand identities, pitch decks to packaging, you’ll help shape and execute creative work across a wide range of clients and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design for digital and print across a variety of projects—branding, campaigns, social, presentations, packaging, and more
- Support the development of creative concepts and moodboards alongside senior creatives
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver high-quality creative work
- Contribute to the evolution of visual identities, creating assets that are both on-brand and fresh
- Assist in preparing client presentations and pitches
- Stay up to date with design trends and contribute inspiration and ideas to the team
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus)
- Strong portfolio showing a mix of brand, campaign, and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma knowledge is a bonus
- Confident layout, typography, and composition skills
- A strong eye for detail and consistency
- Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Able to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Organised and comfortable working across multiple projects at once
Nice to Have
- Basic animation or motion skills (After Effects or similar)
- Experience working with brand guidelines and creating design systems
- Interest in photography, illustration, or another creative discipline
- An understanding of how design lives in digital and social environments
