Sero Technologies Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator (DEA) to drive MTIPs for retrofit projects, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and smooth integration with our overall delivery approach. You will prepare high-quality technical documentation, manage coordination with Retrofit Coordinator, and contribute to multi-site delivery targets.
The role requires DEA or equivalent, strong data handling in housing stock, and excellent Excel skills. Hybrid Cardiff-based role with site visits as required.
