Sero Search is a specialist executive search firm focused on the global automotive supply chain. We work exclusively at mid-management to C-suite level, placing transformational talent into Tier 1 suppliers, OEM-adjacent businesses, and automotive technology companies.

We are growing and looking for a Search Consultant to join us in London.

The Role

You will own the full search process from client briefing through to placement across retained and contingency mandates. Functions include Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and General Management, with appointments typically at Director, VP, and C-suite level. You will work live mandates from day one, with a defined vertical, full senior leadership support, and a warm client network already in place.

What You Will Do

  • Run executive search campaigns targeting mid-management to C-level roles across the automotive supply chain
  • Map talent pools across engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership functions
  • Manage candidates from first contact through to offer, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build client relationships and contribute to an expanding database and market presence
