Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand foreign regional markets, identify potential customers, build long‑term partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Support in defining the market price and positioning of new Sermatec products according to customer demand and market conditions.
  • Drive business development in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and renewable energy sector, focusing on utility‑scale.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships by providing professional product presentations, technical‑commercial discussions, and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Represent Sermatec at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer events, and organize webinars and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and regulatory developments in Europe, and provide structured market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years international sales experience in renewable energy, energy storage, inverter or solar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing customers and achieving sales in Europe.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, able to work independently and target‑driven.
  • Established customer network in the European renewable energy/storage industry is highly preferred.
