Be the Technical Trainer to oversee the delivery of training of existing customers and increasing training across non trained existing customers. A globally leading manufacturer looking for someone to take the next step in their career and be responsible for the growth of the training division across the UK. Perfect for an ambitious packaging machinery Trainer capable of delivering training at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- In line with business objectives devise training programs
- Review, identify and promote sales training to customers
- Schedule trainings, onsite and in a classroom environment
- Deliver training sessions via workshop, webinar; groups or individual
- Ongoing reviews and evaluation reports
- Determine overall performance and recommend improvement initiatives
- Food manufacturing industry experience
Ideal for someone who has experience as a Trainer, and or modern training techniques within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of designing course materials
- Abilities to identify and address training needs
- Ability to communicate in constructive and professional manner
