They are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of one of their leading products across the UK market. Growth Opportunities:

  • Market Analysis: Collaborating with the key manufacturing team, candidates will master the product’s features and benefits. They will partner with the marketing team to develop engaging materials—brochures, presentations, and digital content. Candidates will empower the UK sales team with product training and support, ensuring they are fully equipped to shine. Helping to create impactful sales collateral and presentations will also be part of their responsibilities.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success will be expected. Providing regular updates to the management team on product performance will be a key responsibility.

Proven experience in product management, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing or high value engineering sectors. Strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with the food packaging industry is beneficial. Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus but not essential.
