We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to take full responsibility for the smooth running of our office while providing high‑level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on office operations, complex diary management, and executive coordination. The successful candidate will be highly competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, confident managing multiple calendars simultaneously, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a professional, productive, and well‑maintained environment.
- Oversee the relationship with our site manager, including managing the site services and office lease reviews.
- Manage suppliers, facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and resolve office‑related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate company events and internal office initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive diary management for the CEO and ELT, managing multiple complex calendars.
- Coordinate meetings (virtual and in‑person), travel, and leadership logistics using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Take meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure follow‑up on key priorities.
- Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and improve administrative processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior Executive Assistant role.
- A high level of attention to details – accuracy is a key priority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong IT and digital systems skills, with the ability to confidently use and adapt to new software.
